Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Job Sun (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
 All registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. In order to use the Service, applicants must apply for registration in accordance with the method prescribed by the Company, and registration shall be completed when the Company approves such application.

2. The Company may refuse to approve a registration application if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following circumstances, and the Company shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons:

  • If false information is provided in the registration application
  • If the applicant has violated these Terms in the past
  • If the Company otherwise deems the registration inappropriate
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

1. Users shall manage their user ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.

2. Users may not allow any third party to use their user ID or password, nor may they lend, transfer, change ownership of, or sell them.

3. The Company shall consider any login performed using a combination of user ID and password that matches the registered information as use by the registered User.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal activity
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company’s servers or networks
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Company’s services
  • Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
  • Acts of impersonating other users
  • Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
  • Acts that infringe intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties
  • Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 5 (Suspension or Termination of the Service)

1. The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases:

  • When maintenance or updates of the Service’s system are required
  • When the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  • When computers or communication lines are disrupted due to accidents
  • When the Company otherwise determines that it is difficult to provide the Service

2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users or third parties as a result of suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the Service, unless such damages are due to the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disputes, communications, or transactions that arise between users or between users and third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)

The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the content of the Service without prior notice to users, and users shall agree to this in advance.

Article 8 (Amendment of the Terms)

1. The Company may amend these Terms without obtaining individual user consent when it deems necessary.

  • In such cases, the amended Terms shall be announced within the Service or by other methods specified by the Company.
  • The amended Terms shall take effect from the time of such announcement.

2. The Company shall notify users in advance of any amendments to these Terms, including the effective date and the content of the amendments.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
